Why forum matters
A small group of peers, meeting with purpose
For many members, forum is the heart of YPO. A few leaders who meet regularly, prepare seriously and speak openly can help each other see what none of them would see alone.
That value is not automatic. It is built meeting by meeting, on three principles every forum shares.
- Confidentiality
- Nothing, Nobody, Never. Members speak freely only when they know that what is shared stays in the room, for good.
- Commitment
- Present in body and mind. Attendance, punctuality and full attention are what make a forum worth preparing for.
- Protocol
- Listen, accept, question, share. Members offer their own experience rather than advice, so the person presenting keeps ownership of the decision.

Private by design
Every forum has its own address and its own roster, and members see only the forums they belong to. Access is assigned by the forum, never requested, and every change to a roster is recorded. Forum pages are never indexed by search engines.

YPO Forums is built by YPO members for their own forums. Forums join by introduction: if yours would like a home here, speak to a member of a forum that already uses it.
